  • "Member" — refers to any person registered on the Platform.
  • "Account" — refers to each Member's personal user account.

  • "Funds" — refers to the money (Bangladeshi Taka / ৳) held in a Member's account.
  • "Bonus" — refers to any promotional benefit provided by the Platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to register on the 554bd platform and use its services. This platform is operated exclusively for individuals aged 21 and above. Relevant documents may be requested at any time for age verification purposes.

Warning: If anyone under the age of 21 is found using this platform, their account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

Registration Process

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. A person may open only one account — opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Providing false information during registration may result in account closure.

KYC Verification

The Platform may verify a Member's identity (KYC) at any time. This process may require a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-recognised documents. Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete.

3 Account Management

Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your username or password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the 554bd support team immediately.

Updating Account Information

If your contact details (phone number, email, address) change, update your account right away. The Platform is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months, the account will be considered inactive. Applicable measures may be taken in line with the relevant terms for inactive accounts. Contact the support team to reactivate your account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the 554bd platform is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer. All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 per method.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal requests may only be made through verified methods.

Transaction Verification

Every withdrawal request will go through a security check. If suspicious activity is detected, the Platform reserves the right to temporarily hold the withdrawal. The Member will be notified if additional verification is required.

  • Deposits must be made only from the Member's own personal account — transactions through third parties are prohibited.
  • Withdrawals may only be made to the depositing method or a pre-approved method.
  • Meeting wagering requirements is mandatory before withdrawing bonus funds.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

554bd offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be at least ৳200.

Wagering Requirements

A 10x (ten times) wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing from a bonus. This means withdrawal will only be approved after placing bets totalling ten times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in bets.

Bonus wagering: A 10x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses.

General Bonus Terms

  • A Member may not claim any single promotion more than once.
  • Bonuses may only be used within the Platform — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
  • The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
  • If a bonus is claimed through fraudulent means, the account will be closed.
  • Bonus funds that are not used within the specified period will be removed automatically.

VIP Program

The 554bd VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is up to 0.5% at the Bronze tier, 1.0% at the Silver tier, and 1.5% at the Gold tier. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular play.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and betting market. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or betting page. The Platform reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. All betting decisions are final. In the event of a technical error, the Platform's decision will be considered final.

Results and Payouts

  • All game results are determined by an encrypted random number generator (RNG).
  • Live sports betting results are determined based on the official results of the relevant sports authority.
  • If a game is left incomplete due to a technical interruption, the Platform reserves the right to verify the situation and refund the bet amount.
  • Payouts are generally credited to the account immediately after a bet is won.

Fair Play Policy

554bd firmly believes in fair play. If any Member uses fraudulent methods, bots, software exploits, or any other unfair means, their account will be closed immediately.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 554bd platform:

  • Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
  • Conducting transactions using third-party funds.
  • Abusing the bonus system or applying bonus hunting strategies.
  • Attempting to breach the Platform's security systems.
  • Using the Platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
  • Using automated bots, scripts, or other unauthorised software.
  • Harassing or behaving inappropriately towards other Members.
  • Exploiting errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
Warning: Participating in prohibited activities may result in account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

554bd gives the highest priority to the privacy of Members' personal information. The Platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.

  • Information provided at registration is used solely for account management and identity verification.
  • Transaction data is retained for security and fraud prevention purposes.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Service Suspension and Account Closure

  • Providing false information or identity fraud.
  • Suspicion of money laundering or other financial crimes.
  • Failure to pass age verification.
  • Attempting to access from a restricted region.

Member Rights

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Valid funds in the account at the time of the request (subject to wagering conditions being met) will be returned.

11 Limitation of Liability

554bd is not responsible for the following:

  • Bets not placed due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
  • Unauthorized access to an account due to the member's own negligence.
  • Delays or failures caused by third-party services (bKash, Nagad, etc.).
  • Direct or indirect losses to the member that are beyond the platform's control.
  • Natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen events.

Maximum Compensation

In any circumstance, the platform's maximum liability will be limited to the funds held in the member's account.

12 Changes to Terms & Legal Matters

Changes to Terms

554bd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through direct discussion.
